Hello friend,
If you’ve ever felt a pang of shame, confusion, or emptiness when thinking about your own sexuality, this might be the most important letter you ever read.
Here’s why: There’s a powerful retreat designed just for you, a woman who has silently struggled with these feelings, often feeling like you’re the only one.
But what if you could join a group of women who feel exactly the same way? What if you could transform those feelings into something empowering, enriching, and life-changing? And, be guided by two women who are all too familiar with the struggle, just like you, and now want to share all the wisdom, tools and resources that will help you on your journey to sexual wholeness.
Imagine a place where conversations about sex aren’t taboo, but transformative. Where understanding your body isn’t clinical, but a celebration. Where dealing with past trauma isn’t about revisiting the pain, but about nurturing power, self-integration, and peace.
Welcome to the Divine Intimacy Retreat
This isn’t just any retreat. This is a deep dive into everything society told you to whisper about, all within the comforting embrace of women who’ve been where you are and are where you want to be – women who understand not just the female body, but the female spirit, and how to embrace your faith and your sexuality in the same space.
You’re not broken. You’ve been misinformed, misunderstood, and maybe mistreated. But here’s what we know:
• You want to feel desire without feeling shame/guilt.
• You need to love your body, with all its imperfections (and we’re going to show you how to do this).
• You crave intimacy that doesn’t just feel right, but is right—in line with your deepest values of who you were created to be.
At the Divine Intimacy Retreat, that’s not just a possibility. It’s a promise.
Here’s what we cover:
Beliefs About Sex: We’ll dive into the subconscious and take a close look at what your beliefs about sex and all its’ counterparts (pleasure, polarity, errotic, sensuality) and guide you in determining what you want to hold onto and what you’re ready to let go of. This process includes removing old blocks that have been holding you back from fully surrendering in your sexual relationship.
Surrendering Shame: Shame makes you believe, “I am bad” and is not healthy. Understanding shame and how to alter the way you see yourself, your partner, your sexuality and your reproductive parts – this leaves you feeling more integrated and confident in and out of the bedroom.
Unconditional Self Love: This is about loving yourself—truly, deeply, without conditions. Learn how your thoughts and words impact your self-love and how to build new neural pathways to be able to say “I love myself” and truly mean it.
Body Knowledge: This knowledge is more than just an anatomy lesson – you will learn how to connect with your body emotionally and spiritually. You will learn to feel in ways that you didn’t know were possible.
Communication: Say what you want. How you want it. When you want it. Too often we find ourselves settling, compromising, or giving in, instead of powerfully and clearly expressing what we want out of our relationships. Create confidence through clear, compassionate, and powerful communication.
Moving through Trauma: We’re going to share a variety of powerful tools that support you in your journey to healing your past so you can live more fully in the present.
We’ll show you the way to offer yourself radical self love and learn tools on how to communicate with your spouse your wants, needs and desires.

What others are saying:
As a sufferer of “good girl” syndrome for a number of years in my marriage, I was so excited to attend Sarah’s training. Sarah was an amazing and knowledgable teacher. You need to attend one of her trainings! Her personal experience and explanation about giving yourself permission to learn about your own sexuality really resonated with me. I loved the training!
-Ashley
I was fortunate enough to attend one of Sarah’s trainings recently. With these types of trainings you never know exactly what to expect. Will it be weird and awkward? After all, it revolves around the hush-hush topic of sexuality. However, I am happy to say that Sarah really uses her platform, not with a primary focus to sell services or make money, but more with the honest intentions of educating woman about having a healthy sexual understanding of their bodies and intimacy with their significant others. She is open about her own previous struggles that have led her to better understand her own sexuality, and thus driving her to share her knowledge with others. She is attentive, honest, respectful, and truly makes you feel at ease. Her passion in this area is absolutely apparent via her actions. The best thing is that these trainings get you to take a closer look at your own sexuality and opens the dialogue with your significant other to establish a deeper sexual connection and relationship.
-Andrea
I attended one of Sarah’s trainings and was pleasantly surprised to learn a few things about myself. I felt like I was pretty knowledgeable about my body, but learned some new things and also got a refresher course for some things I’d forgotten. Her words also reminded me to make my intimate relationship with my spouse more of a priority despite having little kids around all the time. After the training I was excited to host a training so that my friends could enhance their own marriages as well.
-Jessica
Sarah! I enjoyed your training… very much actually. I had concerns about attending a training with the main topic being about sex. You never know if it would become more of a raunchy experience then a romantic and educational one. I’m perfectly open and willing to talk about intimacy but not in a crass or “it’s just sex” type of environment. I like how your training was very matter-of-fact and no embarrassment. There are also no personal stories that would make people uncomfortable and no inappropriate jokes. I did learn quite a lot and I told my husband about the whole experience. I think my favorite part was learning about you personally. Your journey to where you are now made me realize how similar I was to you. Even though I do have a great sex life with my husband there is room for improvement and it really helped me to be even more passionate about making sure my daughters and my son understand their bodies and intimacy when they get older. I will definitely be recommending your training to all of the women I meet who will be getting married and any who are struggling with Intimacy in their marriage.
-Melanie
I loved the training and thought it was very knowledgeable. I learned so many different tips when it comes to my sex life. (For example: the importance of the use of lube, the different arousal phases, certain love languages that my husband and I have and the importance of communication when it comes to that, etc.). You made me feel so comfortable and I could relate to your personal story so much and your upbringing (regarding sex) reminded me so much of my own. I felt like I could totally connect with you and relate with you on that. I felt more confident in myself when I walked out of the training and I already felt so much more confident in my sex life with my husband. Thank you for diving in that part of your life and sharing it with us! I’m so glad I attended your training!
